	The following terms of service statement defines the useage of this web site. The terms and conditions by which Web Design or Marketing Services are provided by AIS are defined in separate agreements. Those agreements are disclosed to Clients and agreed upon prior to any services being performed.

	Terms of Service Statement Customer, Client, You, User, Visitor - person or entity ordering service(s) (we), and not one of our partner companies provide. We, Us, Service Provider, AIS - a Web Property of The AIS Group. 1. Web Site Useage: Content displayed on this site is intended to be viewed by visitors to inform them of various products and or services offered by The AIS Group and its partner companies. AIS makes no warranties whether written or implied as to the availability of this site at any time due to network outages beyond our control. 2. AIS and Partner Company Services: The AIS Group is a sole provider of the professional web design services as identified on this site, and provides other services and products as an agent for its partner companies. AIS upon request and availability, provides various internet-related technical services within its scope, either on a per incident or a contractual basis, for an agreed upon or recurring fee. 3. Trademarks & Copyrights: AIS is a proponent of copyright and trademark enforcement. Content displayed on this site contains both AIS and partner company trademark and/or copyrighted original works. All trademark and/or copyrighted works not owned by AIS are hereby acknowledged as such. No content displayed on this site may be used for any purpose without prior written permission. Any violation of this policy will be deemed an unlawful use of AIS intellectual property and will be subject to prosecution under trademark and/or copyright laws. 4. Domain Name Registrations & Transfers: Fees: Domain Name fees are clearly posted on this web site, paid in advance, and are non-refundable. Renewal fees are payable in advance of the renewal date and are non-refundable once renewal is completed. As consideration for the domain name registration services provided by AIS, you shall pay all applicable initial registration fees and renewal fees in advance. You will be notified when renewal fees are due, and it is your responsibility to ensure fees are paid. Should these fees go unpaid by the time specified in the renewal notice, your registration will be cancelled, and your domain name will become available for sale. You agree that AIS shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to any such cancellation, and that AIS may cancel, sell, or reassign the domain name in the event of delinquency. Dispute Policy: In applying for a domain name, you warrant that the registration is not made in bad faith and that the name does not conflict with another domain name. You agree to be bound by the current Domain Name Dispute Policy ("Dispute Policy") which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Dispute Policy can be found at http://www.icann.org/udrp/. Any disputes regarding the right to use your domain name will be subject to the Dispute Policy. ICANN may modify the Dispute Policy in its sole discretion at any time. Your continued registration of your domain name after modification to the Dispute Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree to such a modification, you may request that your domain name be deleted. You agree that you will be subject to the provisions specified in the Dispute Policy in effect at the time your domain name is challenged by a third party. You also agree that in the event a domain name dispute arises with any third party, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless this site, The AIS Group, and all of its officers and, operators, contractors, agents, and partners. Use of Your Information: As part of the registration process, you are required to provide certain information and to update this information to keep it current, complete, and accurate. This information includes: (i) your full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and fax number if applicable; (ii) the name of an authorized person for contact purposes, regardless if the registrant is an individual, organization, association, or corporation; (iii) the IP addresses of the primary nameserver and any secondary nameservers for the domain name; (iv) the corresponding names of those nameservers; (v) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and fax number if applicable of the technical contact for the domain name; (vi) the full name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and fax number if applicable of the administrative contact for the domain name; (vii) the name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and fax number if applicable of the zone contact for the domain name, and; (viii) any remark concerning the registered domain name that should appear in the Whois data. You acknowledge that providing inaccurate information or failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be a basis for cancellation of your domain name. If you license use of a domain name to a third party, YOU remain responsible for providing your own full contact information and for providing and updating accurate technical, administrative, and zone contact information. You acknowledge that AIS will make some of the information that you provide during the registration process available to our domain registration partners. They in turn will make it publicly available as required by ICANN, (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Use Policies: AIS reserves the right to suspend or cancel your domain name in the event that you use the domain name to send unsolicited commercial advertisements in contradiction to either applicable laws or customary acceptable usage policies of the Internet or if you use your domain name in connection with unlawful activity. Agents and Licenses: You agree that, if your domain name is registered on your behalf by anyone acting as your agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.), you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions provided herein, including the Dispute Resolution Policy. You agree that if you license the use of your domain name to a third party, YOU remain the domain name holder and remain responsible for all obligations under this Agreement. Domain names are registered and maintained by AIS. All DNS changes, modifications, payments, etc. must be submitted to AIS. Customers registering Domain Names understand and agree that once the registration process is complete, the Customer has paid a non-refundable fee for that Domain Name. 5. Complete Terms of Service: This concludes the AIS Terms of Service Statement. These terms may be amended at any time for any reason. -- end
